Where is my order?

ERA Statement re Cinram Music retailers are disappointed that once again they are encountering problems getting product in the vital pre-Christmas period. It is baffling in an age when some retailers are able to offer consumers one hour delivery that the music industry’s distribution system should expect retailers to wait weeks at the busiest time of the year. ERA is working with the companies concerned to try to minimise disruption to our members, the music retailers. My view…These Companies have all year to prepare for 4 very busy weeks and yet time after time they get it wrong. Who would have believed Adele album would be the biggest seller of the year..all retail and most Music Fans but alas the Companies didn't. That new band Coldplay, their album went out of stock, obviously most unexpected….I think not. Today, I have had no deliveries yet we worked into the early hours this morning to get as many orders out today as possible. Maybe the companies ought to do the same. Looks like no one has told them Physical Product is making a comeback!!!!
