Dear All,
Please read the below regarding our Atton warehouse which is now open.
Arvato had a huge push back from the (French) working council as Atton is not distributing essential goods. Therefore the warehouse is operating under a voluntary basis. This is the reason why it is so difficult to make guaranteed / long term plans as they don’t really know how many people will show up for work. (To give you an idea, all volunteer staff arrived for work today, which represents around 30% of their total workforce).
Arvato are working to secure transportation but, given the current environment, it’s not easy, as most of the carriers in Europe are working with limited capacity and they are giving priority to medical, food and household supplies.
Shipping plans will be reviewed each week and I will advise accordingly (Once I receive updates).
