Delays on Warner Distributed Product

Warners moved distribution on 24th April and since then orders from Warners have been taking almost 2 weeks to turn around. Whilst we have good stocks of the better catalogue titles, deeper catalogue is selling out and we have to reorder. This causes a significant delay. Apologises if your order is one that has been delayed. The latest from Warners is shown below but my experience is that the situation is not getting better at the moment and they failed to clear all outstanding orders last weekend..... Further to my original note dated the 24th of April notifying you all of the Warehouse move, Avos management have informed us that the warehouse is significantly behind. “We had expected they would go clear after the weekend but currently Avos have a backlog - this has essentially been caused by a slower picking rate as staff get up to speed with new systems / set up.” “A high UK intake expected after the bank holiday of course. I would expect a backlog for the rest of the week now, expecting they will go clear this weekend.” “Please note there is also another German bank holiday this Thursday – but there will be shifts working / shipments that day .”
