Within the physical distribution centre itself, it is impossible for staff to work from home but we are mitigating risk and reviewing constantly. Split shifts, social distancing, sanitiser and PPE are just some of the measures introduced and we are grateful to our incredible work force for supporting us through these difficult times.
Clearly, all of the above measures may have some impact on our service levels but we are working together to ensure we maintain a robust service that can deliver for all.
