Due to the current situation, we are experiencing a high volume of emails and will endeavor to respond to you within 24 hrs/48 hrs
While always looking to support our Clients and Customers, we also take our duty of care to our employees seriously. With that in mind, we have where possible, encouraged staff to work from home.  As a result the majority of the office support functions are working remotely.<br clear="none" />

Within the physical distribution centre itself, it is impossible for staff to work from home but we are mitigating risk and reviewing constantly. Split shifts, social distancing, sanitiser and PPE are just some of the measures introduced and we are grateful to our incredible work force for supporting us through these difficult times.

Clearly, all of the above measures may have some impact on our service levels but we are working together to ensure we maintain a robust service that can deliver for all. We are grateful for your patience and understanding while we navigate these next few weeks and we look forward to assisting all of our Customers and Clients in the recovery that will ultimately follow
