Thurday 16th....Just to let you know we have a huge amount of product arriving today and should be clearing a lot of orders today and tomorrow.
No shipments from Warners yet whose move to France with hindsight was a huge mistake. However I have been able to source a few Warners titles from elsewhere and will despatch what we can.
Universal struggling to achieve next day delivery due to the volume of orders they are receiving and quite a lot of titles have been or are being deleted as they reduce their vinyl stock holding. Many new releases are sold out on release and in the current situation repressing is proving difficult. (Early ordering is essetial)
Sony are turning around orders in 48 hours and fill is reasonable. Just one or two key titles out of stock.
Other distributors are finding hard with many having only a skeleton staff working in the warehouse. In many cases its very difficult getting restocks from the label into the distributors. Fill rate has been as low as 6% with one distributor. Major supply problems.
US shipments, better news we have a large shipoment coming in tomorrow. It contains, David Bowie Reality releases and a few outstanding titles. We will be shipping early next week.
Release dates...many release dates are changing on a daily basis. Whilst we will try to keep up with these changes we are bound to miss a couple. Please bear with us.
To confirm, we are working and will continue to do so (health willing) whilst the Royal Mail and DPD continue to operate. There are delays as you can imagine as the supply chain gets worse but we are working hard to get your orders out in these difficult times.
