What Records Update
Hello to one and all.
I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us through these difficult times. I can confirm we are still open and shipping orders and will continue whilst the Royal Mail and DPD continue to operate.
There are major supply chain problems at the moment, most notably with Warners who ship from France. (If you've not read the Warner updates then please do so.). Whilst we normally carry around 2000 Warner titles this stock have significantly decreased and this is causing some out of stock problems. Orders that contain multiple items and contain an out of stock Warner item(s) in most cases are being shipped minus the Warner item(s) which will follow.
All the companies are working slower than usual and this is effecting are shipping time, so please be patient. We are currently shipping approximately 20% of orders on day order placed, a further 60% orders within 48 hours.
