Urgent Update/DELAYS!!!!

Temporary suspension of UK Domestic Services

 

FedEx Express has temporarily suspended FedEx and TNT UK Domestic services following a significant technical problem at our Marston Gate national hub on Tuesday night (October 5, 2021).

For scheduled regular and ad hoc collections:

 •   

For both regular & ad hoc collections including those that have received booking confirmation, please note that these collections are cancelled until further notice and will need to re-booked, once we reinstate our domestic service.


For new shipments entering the network:

 •   

As of today (October 6) and until further notice, we will not be accepting any new FedEx or TNT domestic shipments.

 •   

International shipments will continue to be accepted.


For shipments that are already in the network:

 •   

Contingency plans are already in place, and we are doing everything we can to recover items as quickly as possible by implementing a first in, first out strategy.


We are working hard to resume our regular services as swiftly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
