Some good news we have received a lot of parcels yesterday and today. Most of which we should have got last week but due to problems with TNT they were delayed.
Still problems with the fill as many titles are going out of stock and it is taking longer to get them back in.
We are concentrating on clearing older orders first and orders with multiple titles are being shipped eg. we have 5 items in stock and just waiting for one. The out of stock titles will either be refunded or shipped later.
Labels distributed by PHD. Major problem with turn around times of orders and many items are going out of stock. We will be refunding for out of stocks as represses in the near future of these titles seems very unlikely.
