We have good news! From tomorrow we will be re-opening the whole UMG catalogue for supply!
We will be re-opening the UK customer Portal from midnight tonight and customers can order through there as they did before, using both the file upload and shopping basket method.
We will also commencing the supply of the daily UK Stock Feed Report from tomorrow morning
I am sure you will find these changes positive and it is of course good news, however please note that we (Universal) still have an ‘allowance’ of order lines per day with UDS – and should we exceed the daily allowance limit then orders may have to be deferred to the next working day for processing. However we do hope that orders should be delivered within 48 / 72hrs in the main.
