Delivery Delays

The current state of deliveries is as follows: Truck containing Tuesday 28/07 orders is now in the UK, however it is currently stuck on M20 and we have no ETA on it's arrival at TNT depot. Therefore we can not provide confirmation when these orders are likely to be delivered to you. Truck containing orders from Wednesday 29/07 - currently awaiting in Calais - again we have no ETA on this truck's shuttle entry or arrival in the UK. Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you all and also sorry that the information we are able to provide is so vague currently, we will be sending updates to you all as and when more information is available to us. Please be assured that we are continuously in discussions with our freight forwarder with regard to alternatives. Main reasons for not utilising other ports are longer travel times and not sufficient capacities at the other harbors.
