Damaged in Transit

This time of year sees an increase in the number of parcels being damaged in transit.

If you receive a parcel which is clearly damaged YOU MUST SIGN FOR IT HAS DAMAGED.

If you do not then the Royal Mail will accept no responsibilty for the damage.

Please help us to help you get product in pristine condition and get proper compensation.

If a parcel is sent on a 24 service but takes longer please let us know and we will try to get a postage refund for you.

Remember...Royal Fail and Royal Snail service is unacceptable!
