Overview:
"Chef’Special is a band from the Netherlands. Since their formation in 2008 they have released three albums, gathered more than 150 million streams on Spotify, toured extensively (sold over 50.000 tickets already in the Netherlands) and rapidly built a fanbase across Europe and the US. The sound of the band is a unique blend of hip-hop, rock and reggae.
Chef’Special is especially known for their legendary live performances. They played on festivals like Lowlands, Pinkpop, Sziget, Reeperbahn, IFF and Rio de Babel. In 2016 they joined Twenty One Pilots in as Support Act on their ‘North American Arena Tour’ including appearances in world-famous venues such as Madison Square Garden and the Red Rocks amphitheater.
We will release a new album Unfold on the 6th of March internationally. From the opening notes of ‘Blue Fairy Magic’ it becomes clear that this is the band’s most honest album till date. With this album they want to show that all feeling are allowed. The good and the bad.
