Last Rough Cause Subculture Limited Deluxe Vinyl 2LP Set

Overview:
Formed in 1983, the british Punk & Oi veterans from „Last Rough Cause“ released in that period only a few records.
After their Debüt „ the violent few“ in 1985 – hard to get and very expansive for Vinyl-Collectors – the band from
Darlington opened the legendary „Punks ´n Skins-serie“ on Roddy Moreno´s (The Oppressed) Label „Oi! Records“.
Tfheir following longplayer „Aggrophobia“ was self distributed as a reaction against the beginning Punk sell-out.
Within the next decade the band stopped releasing stuff and singer Andy became a member of the famous Punk- Legend “Major Accident”. Then in 2010 Last Rough Cause started their Record-Comeback with „Gimp Fist“ (“Last Orders”-Split CD/LP), followed by a few great live gigs!
Now it´s time for their new longplayer „Subculture“!Mixed with melodic-traditional 77er Punkrock - comparable to
Bands like The Boys, Cock Sparrer or 999 – Last Rough Cause have also some really great midtempo-Oi-Anthems on the album. Songs like „Scum“, „Streets & Avenues“ or Politics & Religion“ followed by the melancholic slower “Glory Days” epos and showing the bands musical potential.
