The upcoming album by Judah & the Lion is one that is both deep and personal, yet anthemic and accessible. It is rare that those descriptions align with one another.

"Pep Talks" is a 17-song valiant effort, chronicling the last few years of Judah's personal journey through life, as he encountered a rare season of loss, grief and pain. A lot of hard things happened in a short period of time, and all that was happening while the band was on the road these last 3 years. Through processing the pain through songwriting, Judah came out on the other side realizing that even though life can be hard, there's always a reason to move forward. The album goes through all that emotion, and we are proud to say it gives you the full scale of what life can throw at you... pain, sadness, joy, hope, and celebration. All of us need one another to get through. That's what this album is.
