The annual New Year’s Day Concert in Vienna has been a major event for more than eight decades and is now broadcast on TV and radio reaching over 90 countries around the world. In 2018, Riccardo Muti returns to conduct the New Year's concert for the fifth time! Muti has conducted the world famous Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra more than 500 times.
