Overview:

During his decade long career, Jacob Miller would earn his fame as the front man for Inner Circle, one of the iconic groups of reggae's golden era in the 1970s. In addition to a body of work with producer Tommy Cowan, he would record for various producers including Augustus Pablo, the Hoo Kims (Channel One), Joe Gibbs, and Bunny Striker Lee. This rare and surprisingly unreleased gem was recorded on the same riddim as Horace Andy's popular "Don't Try To Use Me." While never mixed for release at the time, it could be heard as a dubplate on various soundsystems during the 70s. Prince Fatty mixed this vocal while working on the second volume of his Bunny Lee dub remixes, Prince Fatty Dubs The Gorgon Beyond The Event Horizon.
