On the music side, it's Michel Legrand, creating an extraordinary score, with two solo voices, his own and that of his sister Christiane, like the inner voices of Delon and Romy Schneider. Plus a mixed choir and the magic bow of Stéphane Grappelli, in balance between baroque, pop and jazz. 'My intention,' Legrand said, 'was to make people feel that a volcano is roaring and can take everything away.’ Previously released only on 33 rpm in Japan, this is the original soundtrack of La Piscine on vinyl, remastered from the original studio soundtracks.
