Braveheart is one of James Horner's most critically acclaimed film scores and contains some of his most haunting melodies. Horner's stirring score transports us back to the 13th century, drawing heavily on Celtic/Scottish influences to create a melancholic and emotional soundtrack, featuring bagpipes, atmospheric flutes, bodhran drums, orchestra and a spine-tingling boys’ choir.Part of four new to vinyl reissues. This has original artwork with printed inner sleeves. Braveheart is presented in a gatefold sleeve. All releases are 180g heavyweight vinyl, and include download codes. The lacquers were cut at Abbey Road, home to many legendary soundtrack recordings and pressed at Record Industry.
