Overview
Magnificent, the second single taken from U2’s No Line On The Horizon, will be released on May 4th by Mercury Records. The track is 'a stunning slow-building anthem with the ambience of The Unforgettable Fire' according to Q magazine, and has just been added to the Radio 2 B-List. With an astounding video in the pipeline, and an excellent remix package to boot, Magnificent is shaping up to be much bigger than first single Get On Your Boots.

No Line On The Horizon was released on March 2nd and has since topped charts in 30 major territories around the world, including holding the number 1 spot in the UK for 2 weeks. Indeed, the album recorded the biggest week one sales of the year so far.

The band will play Europe and North America this year, and the U2 360° Tour is set to open in Barcelona on June 30th, ahead of UK dates at Wembley Stadium in London, Don Valley in Sheffield, Hampden Park in Glasgow and Millennium Stadium Cardiff in August.
